The image below was on the cover of a fanzine and was very influential. What is it about?

Punk Rock is the right answer.  Punk was supposed to be a minimal music style, in reaction to the overproduced music from the likes of Led Zep. Punk featured only a few chords. This cover from the fanzine “Sideburns” was making the point that all you need to make Punk music is three chords.
